I am unable to unzip Add-O-Matic, which I purchased yesterday (order # 5045). WinZip 12 Pro’s message said: “cannot open file; does not appear to be a valid archive.” WinZip recommended that I download the file again. I have done that several times, but the problem persists. Please help me.
I had no problem unzipping Handy Actions Lite for PSE 7.

I’m having the same problem. Keeps telling me the zip file is either empty or invalid.
I had the same problem with the first download, but I redownloaded and had no problem extracting this time. Make sure the “bad” download is deleted from your system before you download the save the newer one. Good luck!
