waters.paul has added a photo to the Flickr Photoshop Elements Techniques pool:

Scout Moor

Using this to learn a few things about photoshop. Originally 9 separate pictures merged into a pano, followed by various layer masks and selections and a radial blur on the sky.

Highlight detail on the grass has been brought out using a high pass filter on a new copy layer with blend mode set to vivid light, then repeated and opactity altered to suit.
