Quick answers to common questions:

Hopefully these FAQs will help solve your problem, as these are the things I get more messages about than anything else:

  • "How do I download my files?"
Once you're logged in, click the My Account link in the top left corner of this page. This will take you to all your customer information, including links to your downloads.

  • "I downloaded the file(s), but it says corrupt, or the zip won't open"
    The file didn't download completely.
The fastest solution is to right-click the download link and choose the "Save Target As..." option from the popout menu.  This forces a fresh download from the server, rather than just pulling the corrupt files from your cache.

  • "My Add-O-Matic used to work but now it doesn't"
More often than not, if the AOM "used to work, but now it doesn't", there's nothing wrong with it - there's just something in the way. A system restart will remove whatever utility or application might be blocking it from opening, and should allow the AOM to run correctly again.
Be sure that all Elements components - including the Organizer and its components- are closed.  Use Task Manager to ensure that they are stopped.
**=>  More information is on the Troubleshooting Add-O-Matic page
Add an exception to your anti-virus program that will allow the AOM to start  -  see the next paragraph.

  • "My virus protection shows that the downloaded files contain virus or trojan threats"
Upgrades and updates to your Virus scanning software could possibly flag these products as intrusion threats (you receive a "false-positive"). If that happens, please consult the virus protection Help files for how to create an exception for these products. All of the Graffishop downloads are scanned monthly.

  • "All of my actions didn't install"
There's a full article about troubleshooting the various action pack sets included with each download; I've also written an article about it here (the article mentions Elements 6, but it is also relevant for later versions).

  • Please consult the Licensing Agreement for additional information
